We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Commercial Analytics!
This role is part of the Commercial Analytics Enablement team and is responsible for leading strategic analytics projects managing stakeholder relationships and driving impactful insights across business units. You will lead a team of analysts ensuring delivery excellence and innovation in analytics solutions.
Work location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Support analytics projects focused on sales pricing promotions and trade spend.
Develop advanced statistical models (predictive modeling price elasticity market mix modeling).Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Perform data cleaning validation and reporting.
Build dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
Apply statistical techniques (regression forecasting clustering).
Provide insights on shopper behavior channel performance and ROI of promotions.
Present insights to senior leadership with clear business recommendations.
Influence senior stakeholders on data-driven decision-making.
Oversee large-scale analytics programs across geographies.
Build partnerships with external vendors/tools for advanced analytics

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Economics Engineering or related field.
Preferred qualifications:
Proven experience working analytics teams and projects.
Strong domain knowledge in Retail/CPG/FMCG.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to advanced statistical methods and machine learning.
Skillsets :
Advanced ML/AI exposureAdvanced Python SQL Regression correlation hypothesis testing forecasting optimization techniques Statistical Modelling.
