Iris Telehealth is seeking PMHNPs licensed inMaineto provide care to patients in a community mental health outpatient setting for16-40 hoursa week. This 100% remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iriss behavioral healthcare partners expanding access to quality able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry neurology and psychology and be supported by an experienced administrative teamso you can focus on what matters most: patient care.

About the Role:

• Setting:100% Remote FQHC outpatient clinic based in Maine

• Schedule:16-40 hoursper weekinEST Part-time and Full-time opportunities available

• Patient Population:All Ages orages 18withfull spectrum be comfortable with community mental health.

• Appointments:60 minutes forinitialvisits30 minutes for follow-ups.

• Remote & Supported:This is a 100% remote role based at an outpatient community mental health center inMaine.Youllhave full support from onsite telehealth staff to handle rooming vitals labs giving you more time to focus on what you do bestpatient care!

Qualifications:

• An active PMHNP license in the state ofMaineisstrongly preferred

• Minimum of 2 years prescribing experience post PMHNP Certificate issuedpreferred

• Availabilityfor16-40hoursper week with the ability to work duringESThours.

• Experience and willingness to treat patientsall agesstrongly preferred

• Experience with CMHC diagnoses and a willingness to treat patients acrossall acuity levels

• PMHNP ANCC Board Certification (We do not currently offer any opportunities for PMHCNS)

• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
