As the Executive Housekeeper you will:
- Oversee all housekeeping operations to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation across the resort.
- Manage daily room assignments inspections schedules and ensure all rooms are ready for guest and owner stays.
- Lead train and develop supervisors and staff to deliver consistent highquality service.
- Ensure all cleaning procedures meet brand health and safety standards; maintain full regulatory compliance.
- Manage inventories staffing levels and departmental budgets to support efficiency and cost control.
- Coordinate with Front Office Engineering and Operations on maintenance needs deep cleans and special projects.
- Address guest and owner concerns promptly with effective service recovery.
- Conduct team meetings performance reviews safety training and corrective actions.
- Monitor cleanliness scores QA metrics and reviews; drive continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of safety accountability and operational excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of proven leadership experience overseeing housekeeping in a resort or hotel (100 rooms).
- Flexible availability including weekends holidays and varied shifts.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills; able to represent the organization with professionalism and confidence.
- Clear and effective communicator who practices active listening and ensures understanding at all levels.
- Teamfocused leader who fosters collaboration encourages contributions and builds a cohesive highperforming staff.
- Resultsdriven with strong accountability; sets high performance standards and consistently works to exceed goals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to assess needs plan effectively allocate resources and ensure strong operational execution.
