Key Responsibilities:
- Portal Business Management:
- Follow up on online staffing requests from client portals.
- Matching client requests with the best internal profiles.
- Proposing solutions to clients via their platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Key Account Support:
- Support key account managers or key account delivery owners with client follow-ups and staffing requests for large strategic accounts.
- Unmanaged Account Ownership:
- Acting as the main point of contact for a large group of unmanaged accounts.
- Contacting proactively clients to maintain and build relationships.
- Client Interaction:
- Communicating with staffing managers and procurement professionals via phone and Communicating to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills: friendly professional and client-focused.
- Highly organized structured and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and eager to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working with digital platforms and tools (e.g. staffing or CRM systems).
- Administrative experience and a keen eye for detail are a must.
