As Teamlead Customer Success Management you will be responsible for the strategic direction of how reev engages retains and expands its customer base. You will lead a talented team shape how AI and automation elevate Customer Success across our markets and position reev as an integrated energy partner for our clients.
In this role you will:

  • Own the Net Revenue Retention (NRR) metric driving growth through expansion upselling and crossselling across our product portfolio.
  • Ensure every customer realises longterm value from reev from onboarding to product adoption and continuous usage growth.
  • Steer customer transformation from charging infrastructure management towards integrated energy management ensuring consistent messaging and activation strategies in collaboration with Brand and Product.
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers and Key Account Managers fostering a culture of ownership collaboration and customercentric excellence.
  • Lead the introduction of AIdriven automation to identify customer signals optimise engagement and scale communication across markets.
  • Ensure crossfunctional alignment between CSM Product Sales and Data to deliver actionable insights and continuously evolve our platform experience.
What you bring along
  • You have 35 years of experience in a B2B Customer Success Account Management or similar customerfacing role within a SaaS or platform environment ideally in a highgrowth or techdriven company.
  • You are confident operating at both strategic and operational levels from defining processes and KPIs to coaching your team.
  • You bring a strong data and AI affinity leveraging analytics and automation to make scalable measurable decisions.
  • You have a solid grasp of Customer Success models lifecycle communication and productled growth mechanics.
  • You communicate fluently in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • You combine entrepreneurial thinking integrity and a genuine drive to create impact and build something that lasts.
