Job Summary
職位宗旨
負責辦理台北W飯店人才健康服務及相關業務
主要負責事項
- 分析與評估新進與在職之體格健康檢查結果並資料保存
- 針對健康檢查結果異常者進行個案追蹤並做健康管理及健康指導
- 辦理未滿十八歲之人才有母性健康危害之虞之人才職業傷害與職業健康相關高風險之人才的健康風險評估個案管理及資料留存
- 紀錄並留存人才訪談傷害或疾病紀錄
- 替人才處理緊急護理照顧並協助安排就醫
- 陪同客房部或營運單位同仁至客房或營業場所為有需求的客人進行護理照顧或協助安排就醫
- 替人才做工作相關傷病之預防或健康諮詢
- 策劃及實施人才之健康教育衛生指導身心健康保護健康促進等相關之教育訓練
- 規劃人才健康促進活動
- 主導並規劃人才年度體檢包含內部文件簽核流程廠商報價聯繫醫院安排體檢當天之活動流程動線及人員安排飯店內部溝通安排健康諮詢並依據結果做人才健康管理等
- 配合勞工安全衛生管理師訪視現場 :辨識與評估工作場所環境作業及組織內部影響人才身心健康之危害因子並提出改善措施之建議及健康服務計畫提出作業環境安全衛生設施改善規劃之建議調查人才健康情形與作業之關連性並採取必要之預防及健康促進措施提供復工人才之職能評估職務再設計或調整之諮詢及建議
- 定期向主管報告及人才健康服務之建議
- 定期安排職醫做人才健康諮詢服務
- 部門急救箱之管理及每兩週一次的萬豪集團規格急救箱檢查
- 每周檢查客用及人才哺集乳室
- 定期調查人才傳染性疾病及旅遊追蹤史並做個案追蹤及管理
- 確認醫護室有足夠的備品確實做好的庫存管理並使用飯店採購系統下單採買
- 分享及公告職業衛生或職業健康之相關資訊
- 其他主管交辦事項
