安全100%严格按照安全操作手册作业在工作中保证自己和他人的安全及时发现安全隐患并及时的排除 质量100严格按照JIS文件作业保证生产出合格优质的产品 流入下一序 绩效生产水平和生产绩效合理的控制生产率达到90%以上 成本很好控制本岗位的易耗品的使用对夹具量具工具保管和维护从而使成本大大降低 设备100严格遵守设备操作手册MOI作业每班做好TPM的点检使设备正常运行有异常及时报修确保生产需求 5S努力做到5S评定标准保证设备本身和地面的清洁本岗物料和其他的工具量具整齐有序 标准化100%严格按照标准化操作使加工节拍一致确保物料流
Background/Experience:
任职资格:
这个职位要求尊重并执行公司的相关制度及行为准则对机械知识有一定的了解认知机械制造原理中技或以上学历具有在亚实履带类似的机械行业生产性企业工作经验在一年以上具有良好的人际关系处理能力能够和不同背景的人一起工作并进行很好的交流具有机加工热处理或装配的工作经验者/有精益生产经验者优先
