The Delta Facilities Management BHP Port Haven Team are seeking their next Admin superstar on full time days-only 8&6 Roster. This role will be FIFO from Perth Airport and applicants are encouraged to apply now for an April 2026 start. Youll need to have solid administration experience in a similar role preferably with exposure to Blue Collar/Trades or Compass Systems. THE POSITION

• Provide administrative support for Maintenance and Site operations including time sheets rosters schedules and flight bookings
• Maintain administrative records and complete data entry
• Working alongside your other experienced Delta Admins on a back to back roster
• Completion of month end procedures
• Raising and processing purchase orders
• Full Time permanent 8&6 Days Only position FIFO from Perth Airport to BHP Port Haven reporting to Maintenance Manager

THE PERSON

• Experience in Administration in a Trades or similar industry FIFO experience preferred
• Commit to a 8&6 Ongoing Full Time Roster FIFO Ex. Perth Airport
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Full C Class Drivers Licence White Card
• Police Check within 6 months
