Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY
Join the outstanding staff of the Glenview Park Golf Club!We are looking for several dynamic individuals to join our staff for the season.
Job duties include:
- Providing an exceptional experience and first-class customer service to our guests
- Monitoring and controlling the starting times for first tee
- Checking in golfers and verifying foursomes
- Monitoring the golf course rules and pace of play enforcement
- Troubleshooting any on-course issues
- Assisting with event set-up/take down
- Golf cart management including transportation to/from storage and cleaning
- Cleaning carts throughout the day and in between usage
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of clubhouse
QUALIFICATIONS
The best applicants will possess a friendly outgoing personality and the ability to problem solve and enforce on-course rules. Prior golf experience is a plus but not required. The position requires long periods of standing walking and exposure to the elements.
SCHEDULING & PAY
This is a part time seasonal position. The course is open 6am to dusk 7 days a week. Outdoor positions begin with the start of the golf season (as early as March) and generally end around November 30 possibly sooner or later based on weather and need of the business. Commitment for the full season is expected. Weekly schedules will vary and include days nights and weekends. Starting Pay is $15/hour commensurate with experience.
