Job Summary

Backend Engineer (Remote Argentina)

We are looking for a Backend Engineer based in Argentina to join a fast-growing tech team building scalable and high-performance products.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain backend services and APIs
Build scalable systems and optimize performance for high-load environments
Work with databases (PostgreSQL MySQL or NoSQL solutions)
Collaborate with frontend engineers product managers and designers
Ensure code quality through testing code reviews and best practices
Integrate third-party services and APIs

Tech Stack (examples)

Languages: Python Java or Go
Frameworks: Express NestJS Django Spring Boot
Databases: PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis
Cloud: AWS GCP or Azure
Tools: Docker Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

3 years of experience in backend development
Strong understanding of REST APIs and system design
Experience working with cloud infrastructure
Upper-intermediate English or higher
Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively
