Role: House Manager - Intensive Therapeutic Care (Significant Disabilities)
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Location: Bronte
In this role youll work alongside a Case Manager and Therapeutic Specialist to create a safe supportive and structured environment for children and young people in residential care.
Youll be responsible for overseeing daily operations supporting and mentoring staff and helping children and young people to develop essential life skills stay engaged in education and maintain meaningful connections with family community and support networks.
This young person in our care loves music and the outdoors. Our ideal candidate must be able to nurture these interests. They must also have experience working individuals who are non-verbal and who live with epilepsy. They should also be comfortable assist with personal care. Experience in Auslan will be highly regarded. The ability to respond to and navigate complex behaviours along with the capacity to develop trusting therapeutic relationships is essential.

Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check NSW Working with Children Check and NSW Residential Care Workers Register checks
