Full-Time Receptionist Ascot Veterinary Surgery
Ascot Veterinary Surgery is seeking a friendly organised and compassionate Full-Time Receptionist to join our dedicated team.
As the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy clinic.
About the Role:
Full-time position offering regular hours
Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
Managing appointments phone calls and emails
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Supporting veterinarians and nursing staff with administrative tasks
About You:
Previous reception or customer service experience (veterinary experience highly regarded but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A genuine love for animals and commitment to their care
