Manage scoring and reporting for Virtual Visits each visit Education Experience and CertificationsHigh School Diploma0-2 years of retail operations experience Required Skills and CompetenciesGood communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance High level of energy Above average computer skills Proficient in Excel ZOOM OneDrive and Outlook Excellent organizational skills
