Job requirements
Reporting / BI Analyst
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inPower BI and/or Tableau experience designing executive-level dashboards and the ability to standardize KPI frameworks across business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesDashboard Development & Reporting- Design develop and maintaininteractive dashboardsusing Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Supportweekly and monthly reporting cadencewith accurate and timely insights.
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to streamline data refresh and distribution.
- Ensure dashboards are aligned with executive-level visibility and strategic objectives.
KPI Tracking & Standardization- Define track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across functions.
- Standardize KPI definitions and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency.
- Maintain documentation for KPI logic calculations and governance standards.
Analytical Insights & Performance Monitoring- Performtrend analysis variance analysis and root cause investigations.
- Identify performance drivers risk indicators and emerging patterns.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on analytical findings.
- Support business reviews with structured data-driven insights.
Data & Automation- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and pipeline efficiency.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows for reporting and dashboard updates.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy consistency and reliability.
Required Qualifications- Experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Experience building executive dashboards and automated reporting pipelines.
- Proven experience in KPI tracking and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical skills including:
- Trend analysis
- Variance analysis
- Root cause investigation
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation.
- Excellent business communication and data storytelling skills.
