Senior Helpers of Victoria is looking for a highly reliable flexible caregiverto join our team in a unique float positiondesigned for those who want consistent pay variety in their day and the opportunity to make a real difference.

Compensation & Perks

• Higher hourly pay than standard caregiver roles to cover shifts

• Guaranteed $25 per day (even if not scheduled) in addition to hourly pay to cover shifts

What Youll Do

• Step in to cover scheduled shifts when needed

• Start off new client shifts when needed

• Provide companionship personal care and daily living assistance

• Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns

• Bring a positive engaging presence to each clients home

• Assist with office tasks (minimum of 4 hours per week)

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal)

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the territory

• MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY--may need to fill overnight and weekend shifts on occassion

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to adapt quickly and confidently

• A heart for serving others
