Job Summary

Mitchell Technical College is seeking a full-timeGeneral Educationinstructorto join the Mitchell Technical Collegegeneral education team for the 2026-27 school year. The postion is open until filled.

If you have an advanced degree and a background in fields like Psychology Sociology Communications or English this is your chance to empower the next generation of technical professionals. We are seeking an instructor dedicated to developing the critical thinking and communication skills students need to compete globally. Specific course assignments will depend on qualifications and the 2026-27 academic schedule.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A masters degree in the discipline you will be teaching OR a masters degree in a different field and at least18 graduate credit hours in the discipline you will be teaching is preferred.

  • Teaching experience is preferred but we will consider individuals with strong educational backgrounds and excellent planning and communication skills.

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act requires that the colleges Annual Security and Fire Safety Report which includes crime statistics be made available to prospective employees and prospective students upon request.
