Tekion is a fast-growing Cloud based SaaS provider in the Automotive space. While we scale Tekion to the next level we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager II to join our TPM this role you will be responsible for overseeing multiple complex projects and programs ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering product management and design to drive the successful execution of our strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple technical programs and projects frominceptionto completion.
- Partner with Product/Engineering teams to ensure program roadmap; align on launch timelines and communicate to OEM partners / senior leadership team
- Partner with Implementation team to managing dealer on-boarding plans to success
- Effectively communicate with cross functional teams and drive issue to resolution
- Identifyand manage project dependencies risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress providing regular updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.
- Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence within the team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a Cloud-based SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills with experience managing complex technical projects.
- Outstanding communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA Trello or Asana.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and SaaS products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering ora relatedfield. AMastersdegree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical program management project management or a related role.
- Experience in a Cloud-based SaaS product company is highly desirable.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile certification is a plus.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts.
- Proventrack recordof successfully delivering large-scale projects and programs.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and define a path to resolution.
- Ability todemonstrateaccountability and integrity
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
