Job Summary

As the Customer Operations Executive you will be responsible for delivering exceptional endtoend supply chain servicefrom order receipt through to deliveryensuring all customer operational targets are consistently achieved. You will cultivate strong customer relationships champion supply chain best practices and drive continuous improvement across order processes to enable efficient and reliable fulfilment.
Your Tasks
- Manage and optimise customer supply chain operations ensuring service levels stock availability and new launches run smoothly.
- Collaborate with customer supply chain teams identify opportunities and implement bestpractice processes.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently supporting the team to achieve perfect order performance.
- Lead daytoday communication on supply chain matters developing strong relationships with key customer contacts.
- Resolve delivery queries identify root causes and implement improvements.
- Monitor KPIs prepare performance reports and provide insights to internal teams and customers.
Your Profile
- Experience in Supply Chain preferrably customer focussed in an FMCG environment is an advantage.
- The role would also suit a Graduate with a Supply Chain degree.
- Strong communicator with proven analytical skills and FMCG supply chain knowledge.
- Comfortable working with SAP and Excel & quick to learn systems.
- Effective at building relationships influencing stakeholders and driving results through collaboration.
