What you will do-
Lead and execute the commercial strategy of MedSurg in a region that covers Rio de Janeiro Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo driving growth while ensuring compliance strong stakeholder relationships and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute local sales strategies aligned with national objectives.
- Set territories quotas and targets for indirect channels and direct sales teams.
- Drive forecasting reporting and demand planning contributing to IBP discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs HCPs HMOs and key institutions.
- Lead territory business reviews sales meetings and performance follow-ups.
- Manage budgets expenses and profitability for the assigned territory.
- Ensure full compliance with Stryker policies ethics and regulatory requirements.
What you need-
Required
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics or related field.
- Previous sales experience.
Desired
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- MBA or postgraduate degree in Business or Commercial Strategy.
- Knowledge of Go-to-Market (GTM) models.
