Job Overview:
Our HR Analytics team is looking for a Junior Data Scientist with a strong foundation in AI/ML and data engineering concepts along with a good working knowledge of advanced analytics solutions. You will be responsible for designing and building analytical solutions using a variety of AI/ML statistical and mathematical modelling concepts to uncover HR insights. Your role includes developing proof-of-concepts creating visualizations and partnering with other team members to optimize and advance the processes. You will collaborate closely with HR professionals and global teams to provide actionable data-driven insights that enhance our HR processes and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analytical solutions using AI/ML algorithms and statistical/mathematical models.
- Visualize data insights using Excel and BI tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Create and maintain data models/pipelines to support HR analytics and insights.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to generate meaningful HR insights and reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the global HR analytics team to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and security across all HR data models and pipelines.
- Continuously optimize and improve HR data models and processes for better performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a Technical Domain (e.g. Computer Science Data Science Statistics).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics with a focus on HR analytics preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced analytics Programming (Python/R) Data Modelling Data pipeline development SQL and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills capable of explaining complex data concepts to HR and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in HR analytics or related fields.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools.
- Experience working with global teams in a collaborative environment.
