We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst

In this role you will:

Conduct in depth Data and Requirements/Gap Analysis
Support Code Build in Systems
Conducting accurate Testing of new developments and enhancements
Enhance operational activities through User Documentation
Create appropriate Solution conduct in depth Review and achieve Validation
Ensure Process Mapping
Engaging with Delivery Teams for delivering team objectives
Alignment with Development Team for requirements and build/maintenance
Active engagement with Stakeholders (Internal and External)
Responds positively to challenge showing consideration for others views and taking these into account when making decisions

To be successful you will:

Experience in the Financial Services sector
Familiar with JIRA and Confluence
Awareness of the Business Analysis process. Possession of a relevant Business Analysis Qualification would be advantageous.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written with a comprehensive understanding of content and context.
Good presentation skills
Open to new thoughts as adaptation to new systems and processes is required.
Structured approach to Projects and understanding the data analysis and documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and under own initiative with a sense of ownership and accountability.
