Principal Adviser Business Integration

• 12 month contract shaping endtoend business processes across a global SAP S/4HANA transformation

• Partner with multiple Global Process Owner (GPO) domains working at the intersection of design delivery and readiness

About the role

The Principal Adviser Business Integration is a key contributor within the Modern ERP program supporting the Business Integration team to drive crossprogram process alignment consistency and business readiness.

This role sits at the intersection of business process technology and stakeholder engagement ensuring that endtoend processes are clearly defined validated and translated into solution design and delivery.

You will work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs) business stakeholders and crossfunctional teams including Testing Security User Experience (UX) Architecture Change Management and the System Integrator playing a critical role in shaping how the business operates in the future SAP environment.

What youll be doing

• Drive endtoend process integration across the eight GPO domains

• Facilitate alignment across GPOs to ensure processes are consistent scalable and fitforpurpose

• Lead and support validation of endtoend processes ensuring process integrity (e.g. maintenance through to procurement)

• Use Signavio to model validate and document processes ensuring design integrity that directly supports build and implementation

• Support with developing program approaches / frameworks to subsequently coordinate and drive key Business Integration scope including User Acceptance Testing Climb 1 preparation citizen development and process readiness

• Provide strong oversight of the System Integrator and third party vendors ensuring outcomes are delivered as agreed and effectively codelivered with internal teams

• Act as a senior integrator across business and technology driving clarity alignment and progress in complex environments

About you

You are a confident professional who thrives in complex fastmoving transformation environments and brings a strong balance of structure influence and pragmatism.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in business integration transformation process improvement and process management roles within largescale programs

• Strong capability in process modelling reengineering and improvement

• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and domains including senior leaders

• Highimpact facilitation and influencing skills with the ability to build buyin and alignment

• Comfort operating with ambiguity evolving and competing priorities

• A background in technology digital and/or consulting

Youll join the Modern ERP Program a multidisciplinary team bringing together technology process data and change specialists to reshape how work happens across Rio Tinto. Were modernising a 20yearold ERP system and redesigning core business processes to improve safety efficiency and ignite innovation.
