Customer Service Specialist (German speaking) Fixed term contract till 31.10.2027 (maternity leave position)

You will deliver high-quality customer service to external customers and internal partners. You will resolve inquiries manage orders and help improve processes. You will work closely with supply chain quality and sales teams to ensure reliable customer experience. We value clear communicators who take ownership learn quickly and help others succeed. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent service to GSK customers (e.g. wholesalers pharmacies hospitals etc.) using various communication channels (e.g. phone/chat/email)
• Build and maintain great relationship with internal and external clients
• Follow the standards for customer service processes such as: master data management sales order processing queries and complaints management supply chain issue management
• Liaise with warehousing distribution functions and relevant external partners as to supply planning
• Engage in continuous process improvement activities

Basic Qualifications:

• Very good command of Englishand German
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or a supply chain area good to have
• Great people and communication skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to influence and drive excellent business relationships and networking
• Willingness to provide excellent customer service
