Our Service Department is the heartbeat of our dealership and we pride ourselves on transparency speed and technical excellence. We are looking for a high-energy Service Manager who can lead our team of technicians and advisors to deliver a world-class customer experience.
Alpha One Ford is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Automotive Service Manager. You will be responsible for the entire service operation including workflow management shop productivity and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a leader who understands how to balance technical requirements with business goals ensuring our shop runs at peak efficiency while maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Monday through Friday
- Rotating Saturdays (as needed)
- Standard Service Hours
$90000.00 plus (depending on candidate experience)
- Departmental Leadership: Recruit train and mentor a high-performing team of Service Advisors and Technicians.
- Workflow Optimization: Manage shop capacity and technician dispatching to ensure high productivity and quick turnaround times.
- Customer Relations: Act as the final point of contact for customer concerns ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
- Financial Management: Monitor P&L control shop supplies and manage labor rates to meet dealership goals.
- Compliance: Ensure all warranty claims are processed accurately and that the shop meets all safety and environmental regulations.
- 3 years of experience in Automotive Service Management (Ford experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and labor operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staff.
- Proficiency with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and service scheduling software.
