Grey Wolf Automotive Group is actively seeking an experienced Finance Manager (F&I) to join our Ford and Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (CJDR) dealership in Jasper AL.
We are looking for a results-driven professional who excels in structuring deals maximizing profitability and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers
Structure deals and secure financing through lenders
Ensure compliance with all federal state and lender regulations
Maximize backend gross profit and product penetration
Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals efficiently
Maintain accurate documentation and funding processes
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I)
Strong knowledge of lenders deal structuring and compliance
High level of integrity and professionalism
Excellent communication and closing skills
Experience with Ford and/or CDJR brands preferred
Track record of strong product penetration and PVR performance
