A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Coordinate the full cycle of the LATAM Intrapreneurship Program including campaigns communications training idea evaluation mentoring experiments pitch days and postimplementation tracking
• Facilitate workshops bootcamps design sprints innovation challenges and capability trainings in Portuguese and Spanish (English desirable) engaging employees across countries functions and hierarchies to increase participation and improve idea quality
• Support teams in preparing problem statements hypothesis framing early experiments and business case building for the portfolio of innovation initiatives (POCs MVPs pilots) ensuring structure timelines governance and alignment with business priorities
• Drive innovation culture through internal communication events training and experience-sharing moments.
• Act as an ambassador of innovation connecting people and enabling teams to adopt innovative ways of working.
• Support the design and execution of hackathons innovation weeks challenges experiential learning programs and regional showcases ensuring all initiatives follow agreed methodologies (Design Thinking Lean Startup Agile)
• Support scouting efforts for startups scale-ups universities research centers and innovation hubs across LATAM by coordinating interactions with ecosystem partners and support joint activities (events pilots evaluations)
• Ensure that innovation initiatives and intrapreneurship projects are feasible compliant and connected to business outcomes supporting the identification documentation and tracking of regional innovation and R&D incentive mechanisms including grants development funds co-funding programs and non-tax incentives available across LATAM countries.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelors degree
• Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish are required (reading writing and speaking)
• Solid handson experience coordinating intrapreneurship or internal innovation programs with proven results across different countries and functions
• Familiarity with open innovation ecosystems (startups hubs universities)
• Knowledge of innovation methodologies (Design Thinking Lean Startup Agile)
• Experience supporting earlystage innovation projects (POCs MVPs pilots)

Proficiency in English is a strong plus.
