Job Summary
Job Description:
核心职责包含但不限于
1.严格遵守许可版权及商标相关法规协助保护企业机密与敏感信息及材料树立良好的资安合规意识
2.在团队指导下及时准确且专业地回复客户咨询与请求保障客户沟通体验
3.协助在工单系统中完整记录验证客户联络信息跟进工单全生命周期管理按要求定期向客户同步工单进度更新
4.运用基础技术工具与系统协助处理常见客户问题在指导下尝试解决简单技术难题提升问题初步处置能力
5.根据优先级矩阵与具体场景在规定时间内协助完成后续跟进动作当遇到无法独立处理的问题时按流程启动升级程序
6.严格遵守公司政策与操作流程积极配合团队完成各项工作任务助力个人与团队目标达成
7.在有限监督下协助诊断基础客户问题在指导下采取相应纠正措施逐步提升问题分析与解决能力
8.协助对照服务级别协议SLA跟踪工单处理进度发现异常时及时反馈配合团队进行干预调整
9.配合团队成员开展工作参与措施复盘与经验分享在互助中提升服务水平共同达成 SLA 要求
任职要求
1.学历背景本科及以上在读计算机相关专业信息技术软件工程等专业优先
2.技能基础熟悉 Windows 操作系统及 Microsoft Office 办公软件OutlookTeams 等的使用
3.语言能力普通话流利口头表达清晰具备良好的沟通理解能力英语水平达到大学英语四级及以上能阅读基础英文技术文档
4.素养要求具备较强的责任心与服务意识工作认真细致能同时处理多项任务并合理排序抗压能力良好
5.其他要求愿意学习技术支持相关知识与流程适应灵活的工作安排根据业务需求配合轮班具备良好的团队协作精神在有限监督下能独立完成基础工作
