Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients in home health settings.
- Utilize Kinnser software to document patient care and maintain accurate records.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and care techniques to support recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory company and professional standards.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
- Experience with Home Health Kinnser software is mandatory.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to visit patients in Redford and surrounding areas.
