THE POSITION

Simpson Barracks
Part Time role30 hours per week Monday to Friday. Flexible with start/finish time
No weekends or public holidays
Specifically responsible for overseeing cleaningand accommodationservices
Free Onsite Parking
Working autonomously on different responsibilities

THE PERSON

The preferred applicant will be required to achieve a Defence Baseline Security Clearance and pass an Australian Federal Police check prior to confirmation of employment

Hold fullAustralian Citizenship due to the secure nature of the site
Hold a valid Australian drivers licence and reliable transportation to get to the base
Knowledge and experience of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) hotel chain style operational managementor Defence Garrison Support Services would be highly advantageous
Experience in a similar position as a cleaner or housekeeper
Chemical handling experience is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and take pride in your work is essential
Be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills
An intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft office suite is essential.
Participate in an after-hours On Call roster
A positive and friendly attitude
