Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The Opportunity

Your role will be a Technology Lead or Senior Technology Lead in the Cloud Engineering team. You will be responsible to be a part of the delivery of IT projects for our customers across the globe.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Setup CI/CD pipeline in Cloud platforms in GitHub Action CI/CD/ Jenkins/Cloud Bees.
• Setup CI/CD pipeline for technology stack like: Java Python Bigdata.
• Must be good in DevSecOps and Integrate Security tools in the CI/CD Pipeline such as SonarQube Wiz Black duck Coverity CheckMarx WhiteSource Veracode Fortify etc.
• Write scripts for automation using Linux Bash Perl Python Groovy PowerShell. Hands on experience with the CLI PowerShell.
• Design and implement AWS platform to host production running workload.
• Automate AWS infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
• Deploying and managing enterprise scale Kubernetes cluster
• Automate Kubernetes-based deployments (EKS) using Helm charts and manage service mesh and traffic routing with Istio for enhanced observability and resilience.
• Orchestrate end-to-end DevOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD GitHub Actions
• Maintain and optimize source control systems including Git and SVN enforcing branching strategies and code quality standards.
• Design and implement end to end observability frameworks using logging metrics tracing and alerting to ensure deep visibility into distributed systems.
• Integrate observability into CI/CD and cloud-native platforms to enable rapid root cause analysis and continuous performance optimization.
• Use various tools to orchestrate solutions
• Understand how IT operations are managed
• Experience working with AWS SDK
• Good Knowledge on AWS PaaS SaaS and IaaS offerings
• Good Knowledge on AWS Security
• Good Knowledge on AWS Observability and resilience

• Capability to Design build and implement DevOps solutions to complex projects.
• Capability to Assess and design instrumentation strategy for the applications being onboarded to DevOps platform.

• Capability to Implement various SRE practices like resilience reduce toils measure and optimize the systems on agreed reliability.
• Strong understanding in agile methodologies
• Capability to Design solutions confirming to the best practices of AWS Well Architected framework.
• Capability to Deliver best practices around provisioning operations and management of cloud environment.
• Capability to Manage communication and deliverables from offshore team
• Capability to Assist the team in debugging & troubleshooting imperative and declarative scripts.
• Capability to Assist and support presales team in reviewing the DevOps solutions.
• Capability to identify software packages and solutions that could meet client solution requirements and develop requests for proposal (RFPs) from these vendors.
• Capability Design highly available and fault tolerant architectures leveraging multi AZ auto healing and disaster recovery strategies.
• Capability to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards through automated vulnerability detection patching and continuous security monitoring.
• Capability to design and developed GenAI infused DevOps framework.

To qualify for the role you must have

• BE/ with a sound industry experience of 6 to 8 years
• Cloud Computing - AWS Cloud
• Advanced level of Kubernetes and AWS cloud platform knowledge.
• Tailoring the DevSecOps approaches based on the industry current maturity and organizational set-up and expected pace of transition.
• DevOps Setting up CI/CD pipeline using AWS DevOps or GitHub Action or Jenkins
• Scripting Knowledge using CLI PowerShell python Groovy Shell Scripting
• Working Experience in Docker Kubernetes (EKS)
• Must be good in IAC tools such as Terraform
• Must be good in Config Management Tools such as Ansible or Chef or Puppet
• Design and implement AWS cloud security controls framework
• Design and implement AWS cloud observability & resilience framework
• Setting up DevOps dashboards using tools like AWS Cloud watch Hygiea Grafana and Kibana.

What we look for

• Has successfully demonstrated CI/CD Automation skills and technologies during many relevant projects
• Strong experience in the use of DevOps Tools and technologies including container technologies.
• Proven experience in Infrastructure Automation (IAC Tools Config Mgmt. Tool) and experience in Application Automation (GitHub Action or CloudBees CI/CD or AWS DevOps)
• Working experience in AWS and knowledge in cloud Architecture strategy.
• Advanced level of Docker and Kubernetes knowledge to manage production grade cluster
• Good Exposure in Cloud and Container Monitoring and logging and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of AWS Cloud related concepts and technologies and maintains an in-depth knowledge of the area
• Experience designing and conducting research and experiments with recently developed technologies
• Experience on cloud observability security and resiliency
