The Role
As an IT Support Intern you will be part of our Technology Operations team and gain hands-on experience in supporting users managing devices and contributing to the maintenance of our IT infrastructure and applications.
You willassistwith day-to-day technical support device deployments troubleshooting and system management while developing a broad understanding of ICT including devices infrastructure applications and security awareness.
What you will do
Support users:process support requests provide first-lineassistance and guide users in the correct use of devices and applications.
Install configure and manage user devices:including Windows macOS iOS and Android laptops desktops and mobile devices.
Install and manage infrastructure:assistwith configuration monitoring and management of network and infrastructure components.
Manage applications:configuremaintain and provide advice on applications such as Microsoft Office 365 Zoom and other collaboration tools.
Contribute to security awareness:support security best practices respond to incidents under supervision and learn about data protection.
Work with emerging technologies: cloud AI collaboration tools and process automation.
How you can add value to the team
Troubleshoot issues onWindowsandMacOSdevices.
Deploy enterprise laptops using Intune Autopilot andJamf.
Provideappropriate ITsolutions within budget constraints.
Improve the quality of IT support through documentation and knowledge base updates.
UseITSM tools(Freshservice) to process and track tickets.
Assistin managing Active Directory and troubleshootingZoom Rooms.
Collaborate with Systems Administration and Networking colleagues.
What we expect from you
Currently enrolled in an ICT-related program at MBO or Bachelor level (enrollment in an educational institution is mandatory).
Available for612 months at least5days per week.
Some experience with installing and configuring enterprise desktops (Windows 10/11 macOS) and common software packages (Antivirus Adobe Office 365).
Basic knowledge of installing apps on mobile devices (iOS/Android).
Familiarity with scripting and automations.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Open and eager to learn about IT infrastructure applications and security.
