Complete the training on time and actively utilize it in future customer service delivery
Achieve the differential customer service SLA
Increase customer interaction per regular MOS
You Must Have
Fluent in English; Japanese language skills (oral and written) are a plus.
Strong organizational skills with a high level of self motivation and adaptability in a fast changing environment.
Customer focused mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse global customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
