Job Summary

Job Requirements
Ideal candidates should have experience working with private equity funds financial sponsors and portfolio companies in connection with M&A transactions capital raises joint ventures and securities offerings. Candidates should have experience drafting and negotiating definitive transaction documents (including purchase agreements and governance documents) and attending to the day-to-day needs of portfolio companies.
Candidates should also possess a strong academic background and superior drafting and research skills and should be diligent detail-oriented proactive supportive team-oriented and personable. Candidates must be admitted to the Texas Bar and should be willing to participate in community and professional organizations as part of professional development.
