We are expanding our presence in the Philippines through mobile installment programs for Transsion brands (Tecno / Infinix / Itel) enabling consumers to enjoy flexible and affordable financing options.
Role OverviewAs an Administrative Specialist / Supervisor you will oversee day-to-day administrative operations lead support staff and ensure that office processes run efficiently. You will act as a key liaison across teams and contribute to process improvement and organizational effectiveness.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Leadership- Supervise and guide administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations
- Manage calendars scheduling and coordination for leadership and departments
- Oversee preparation of reports presentations and internal communications
Office & Facilities Management- Maintain office supplies equipment and facilities in optimal condition
- Coordinate with vendors service providers and building management
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Coordination & Communication- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Organize company meetings events and operational logistics
- Ensure clear communication between departments and management
Process Improvement & Compliance- Identify and implement process improvements for administrative efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and documentation (physical and digital)
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Reporting & Performance Tracking- Monitor team performance and provide guidance or training as needed
- Prepare reports on administrative operations and metrics for management review
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field.
- 3-5 or more years of experience in administrative roles preferably in device finance consumer lending or fintech operations.
- Experience in Home Credit Salmon Billease PayJoy or similar companies is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational multitasking and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and office management tools.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and coordination skills.
