GLOBAL CATEGORY SENIOR BUYER TPM

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join Coty as a Global Category Senior Buyer role to empower strategic impact across global beauty sourcing driving innovation and value creation within a worldclass procurement organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global Category Senior Buyer - TPM you are responsible for strategy sourcing excellence and value creation.

In this role you will lead global category strategies and supplier partnerships across ThirdParty Manufacturing (TPM) for categories including Shower Gel RollOn and Aerosol Deodorants Fragrance and Skin Care. You build strong crossfunctional collaboration develop forwardlooking market intelligence negotiate key agreements and ensure sustainable value creation aligned with Cotys procurement objectives.

Your main focus:

• Develop end-to-end global category strategies delivering sustainable value.
• Build strong supplier relationships and shape Cotys supplier landscape.
• Lead negotiations and develop Master Supply Agreements.
• Translate complex market data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Partner with R&D Quality Legal and Supply Chain to enable innovation and operational excellence.
