Position Summary
The Registration Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Registrars Office serving as the first point of contact for students faculty and staff. This position ensures smooth front desk operations and provides administrative support for registration and transcript services.

Must be able to meet the physical demands associated with a normal office environment.
Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or higher Experience: experience in an office setting Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and office equipment. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to collaborate with students faculty staff and the public in a courteous and professional manner. Skilled at managing tasks with interruptions adapting to changing priorities and remaining calm in fast-paced environments. Proficient in reading and interpreting registration forms academic policies and procedural documentation. Accurate data entry and transcription skills for maintaining student records and registration. Clear and effective oral communication for providing information answering inquiries and coordinating with internal departments. Competent in using student information systems and office software to enter update and retrieve registration data. Detail-oriented with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions proofread documents assess data quality and make sound decisions regarding registration procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a Registrars Office or similar higher education service function.
