Prepare architectural drawings layouts and working drawings
Conduct feasibility studies based on site conditions and regulations
Develop 3D views/renderings for design visualization
Ensure all designs comply with DCPR (Development Control & Promotion Regulations)
Coordinate with architects and project teams for design development
Modify drawings as per client and authority requirements
