Job Summary

As a Project Manager in Supply Chain you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless ordering and timely delivery of critical materials essential for FC launches and retrofits.
You will oversee the material readiness aspect of projects ensuring that all necessary materials are accurately identified ordered and delivered on schedule.
Your efforts will directly contribute to the successful execution of each project making sure that every component is in place for a smooth deployment.
The role will be based in Barcelona with 30% travel to support project sites as needed.


Key job responsibilities
Support execution of module and countfile processes following standardized procedures and established guidelines.
Maintain clear communication with direct stakeholders and team members regarding delivery status providing regular updates and resolving any issues promptly
Track inventory movements and manage reusable assets ensuring optimal utilization and availability.
Track and report project-specific KPIs including material readiness rates and on-time delivery performance
Collaborate with GPLE and IT for effective vendor management ensuring timely and accurate material delivery.
Assist with invoice resolution and the CAD (Claimed as Delivery) process ensuring smooth financial and logistical flow.
Coordinate transfer processes between sites ensuring seamless movement of materials with minimal disruption.
Identify and propose local process improvements within your project scope


- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Business Engineering Supply Chain Transportation Mathematics Economics Physics or another technical field
- Experience using Excel and data analysis
- Experience in supply chain or project management
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic project management knowledge
- Basic SQL knowledge

- French German Polish Arabic Portuguese Turkish Chinese (Mandarin) Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications.
