What Will You Do

As a crucial member of our team your technical and sales abilities will drive effective product presentations and demonstrations for pre- and post-sale engagements. Your role doesnt stop there: youll be involved at every stage of the process from demand generation activities such as events like Sapphire to supporting the adoption and expansion of our a glimpse of your daily responsibilities:

  1. Deal Support: Prepare and deliver value-based software demonstrations and executive presentations to supportsales cycles. Preparation involves personalisingcontent to deliver a simple appealing and compelling customer value story.
  2. Demand Generation: Build and strengthen links with SAPs global and local structure. Creating content to inspire our customers.
    Expansion and Adoption:Help expandour installed SAP base and capturenew clients across diverse industries. Ensure everyone understands our competitive advantages and how our SAP CX solutions integrate seamlessly with SAP Back Office.
  3. Specialized Knowledge: Be an expert in at least two SAP CX solutions with a special focus on SAP Sales & Service. Design business architectures that include solutions across theSAP portfolios.
  4. Advisory and Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers and SAP internal colleagues sharing your knowledge and experience.
  5. Constant Learning: The software industry is constantly changing and this requires constant learning of new technologies and processes.
  6. Travel: Prepare to travel around MEE and explore new business places an incredible opportunity for professional and personal growth!

What You Need

  • Education: A bachelors degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 years of experience in solution advisory in CX or 10 years of deep CX knowledge from working in other roles like consultancy solution engineering or business analyst.
  • Thirst for Knowledge: Open to new technologies and is willing to constantly learn
  • Research: Fast understanding of the customer needs research for further valuable information and bringing the pieces together.
  • Solution-oriented: Think about solutionsnot problems. Always with a customer mindset to deliver value with our SAP CX Software Portfolio to our customers.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Resilience: The ability to adapt andhandle complex and ever-changing situations with the best attitude.
  • Expert knowledge/expertise in end-to-end processes/solution matching.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to inspire and lead within internal teams
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Teamwork and Empathy: A true team player who fosters collaboration and shows empathy towards customers and colleagues
  • Languages: Fluent in German andEnglish
