As an Admissions Officer youll play a critical role in shaping the student journey from application through to enrolment. Youll ensure a seamless compliant and high-quality admissions experience supporting both domestic and international applicants while maintaining the integrity of student data and processes.
Working within the Future Students & Growth team youll collaborate across teams and with external partners to deliver efficient admissions services that directly impact student success and institutional performance.
Admissions Processing Excellence: Manage end-to-end application processing with accuracy and speed to support conversion from enquiry to enrolment.
Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain precise student records across systems ensuring alignment with regulatory and reporting requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Provide timely professional support to students agents and internal teams across all admissions queries.
Systems & Process Optimisation: Contribute to continuous improvement of admissions systems workflows and data management practices.
Regulatory & Policy Adherence: Ensure all admissions decisions and processes comply with TEQSA ESOS and government requirements.
Admissions or Higher Education Experience: Experience in admissions student administration or a similar role within education is highly regarded.
Detail-Oriented & Process Driven: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume deadline-driven workloads.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Committed to delivering high-quality service to students agents and internal stakeholders.
Systems & Technical Capability: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced working with CRM/SIS platforms and databases.
Communication & Collaboration Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships.
