Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for driving the recruiting process and finding the right talent to help shape the future of dopay. Your focus will be on proactively sourcing attracting and assessing candidates that fit our organizational culture and contribute to our mission. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking to build a talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews assessments and screenings to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and participate in decision-making.
- Manage the candidate experience ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our presence in the job market.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media and job boards for candidate sourcing.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for finding and attracting top talent and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
