About The Role Join a leading healthcare team as a Travel Cardiac Electrophysiology Technologist (EP Tech) in Atlanta Georgia. This role involves supporting physicians in the Electrophysiology Lab by assisting with advanced cardiac procedures including EP studies and ablations while ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced EP Techs who thrive in a fast-paced high-acuity cardiac environment and have strong technical expertise in electrophysiology procedures and cardiac rhythm management.
Key Responsibilities -
Assist physicians during Electrophysiology (EP) studies and ablation procedures

Operate and support cardiac mapping systems and EP lab equipment

Monitor patient vitals cardiac rhythms and procedural data

Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to safety protocols

Collaborate with cardiologists nurses and interdisciplinary teams

Document procedures and ensure accurate patient records

Support workflow efficiency within the EP lab
Required Qualifications -
Minimum 2 years of Electrophysiology (EP) experience

BLS Certification (AHA) required

Experience with EP lab procedures mapping and ablations preferred

Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy arrhythmias and monitoring systems

Ability to work effectively in a team-based high-pressure environment
