Matt Bowers Hyundai is aggressively hiring A B C Level Technicians and Master Technicians for our high-volume fast-growing service department.

$30 $65 per hour based on experience certifications and production

Entry-level experienced techs start well above local averages

Master Techs earn top-tier pay at the highest level in the region

High flag hours uncapped earning potential

Minimum 4 years dealership experience REQUIRED

Hyundai Kia or Mazda experience a PLUS
-
ASE (ASC) Certifications preferred

Master Technicians move to the front of the line

Must have your own tools

Strong diagnostic skills (mechanical & electrical)

Ability to perform in a high-volume fast-paced shop

Reliable accountable and production-driven
-
Diagnose repair and maintain vehicles to OEM standards

Perform advanced diagnostics drivability electrical and engine work
-
Complete maintenance brakes and full system repairs
-
Execute used car recon when needed
-
Work with a strong service team to maximize efficiency and output

Stay current with evolving vehicle technology and training
-
