Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple workstreams.
- Track action items deliverables dependencies and due dates; follow up with owners to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain organized project documentation trackers and artifacts in alignment with PMO standards.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between Project Managers workstream leads and stakeholders.
- Meeting & Governance Support:
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings working sessions and governance forums.
- Prepare agendas materials and pre-reads in collaboration with Project Managers.
- Attend meetings and capture notes decisions risks issues and action items.
- Distribute meeting summaries and track follow-ups to ensure accountability.
- Schedule & Data Support:
- Assist with updates to project and program schedules including milestones and key deliverables.
- Collect status and schedule inputs from workstream leads and ensure accuracy.
- Support dependency tracking and escalation of potential risks or delays.
- Collect validate and consolidate project data for status reports and dashboards.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Support the preparation of status reports dashboards and performance trackers.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends gaps or risks.
- Ensure reporting data is accurate consistent and aligned with PMO standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator Project Analyst or similar role supporting IT or enterprise programs.
- Experience with project coordination meeting support and status reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and basic data analysis.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project Smartsheet or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to ERP or enterprise system implementations (e.g. SAP Oracle Workday).
- Experience working within a PMO or formal governance structure.
- Coursework or certification toward project management (CAPM PMP).
- Experience supporting complex or regulated environments.
