Role Summary
Leads the Smart-Hands team providing onsite technical support equipment handling cabling installation troubleshooting and physical interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise smart-hands technicians across shifts.
- Provide L1 support for hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Perform cable patching racking/stacking labeling power connections.
- Ensure all work follows MOP/SOP requirements.
- Maintain inventory and update asset management tools.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on DC technical skills
- Cabling racking hardware familiarity
- Shift/team coordination
Experience
- 5 8 years DC hands-on experience.
Education
- Technical diploma/certification.
