What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to location personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting actions taken per site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices lobbies corridors loading areas and perimeter zones noting unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points visitor check-in processes and delivery activity verifying authorization and reporting discrepancies per post orders.
• Complete security-related reports and daily activity logs communicate observations to location contacts and/or management and support technology-focused operations by monitoring assigned systems as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or security license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
