As a Security Officer - Full Time Daysin Lincoln Park MI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As a Security Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas perform routine rounds and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet staff and visitors respond to concerns with clear communication and document observations and/or incidents. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management badge verification and/or directing individuals to appropriate areas while supporting privacy and confidentiality expectations.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting actions taken and communicating with on-site staff and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility including interior spaces parking areas and perimeter locations noting hazards suspicious activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Complete required reports and logs support investigations by preserving observations and available information and participate in post orders briefings and/or required training.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
