Job Responsibilities:
- Install heating ventilation and air conditioning systems in residential settings ensuring proper functionality and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute HVAC installations according to project specifications and industry standards
- Measure and cut materials to fit installation requirements including ductwork piping and electrical components
- Connect HVAC systems to existing ductwork wiring and control systems ensuring proper operation and adherence to safety regulations
- Test installed HVAC systems to verify functionality troubleshoot any issues and make adjustments as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries explaining system operation and offering maintenance tips
- Adhere to company policies procedures and safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Complete installation documentation accurately and promptly including work orders inspection reports and equipment inventory
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC vocational training program preferred
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Knowledge of local building codes regulations and safety standards related to HVAC installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals
- Proficient with hand and power tools commonly used in HVAC installation and repair
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Valid Drivers License(Company policy requires that all drivers be at least 21 years old)
