En tant que Préposé(e) Service à la Clientèle chez JLL vous serez le visage dun service client exceptionnel dans notre centre commercial. Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des services du centre commercial de ses commodités installations emplacements de magasins activités promotionnelles et outils de confort pour fournir des renseignements précis et des orientations
Interagir de manière proactive avec les clients pour créer des interactions mémorables offrir un excellent service et identifier les occasions daméliorer leur expérience de magasinage
Vendre des cartes-cadeaux du centre commercial traiter les transactions avec précision et effectuer la conciliation des ventes à la fin de chaque quart de travail
Assister les clients en leur donnant des indications en répondant à leurs questions et en offrant des suggestions personnalisées de magasins ou de cadeaux selon leurs besoins et les articles soldes ou événements spéciaux en cours
Soutenir les événements promotionnels par la distribution la collecte et le triage des bulletins de participation les programmes de cadeaux avec achat et la vente de billets pour événements spéciaux
Interagir professionnellement avec les consommateurs les détaillants la direction du centre les fournisseurs de services et tout le personnel du centre commercial de manière courtoise et efficace
Chercher continuellement de nouvelles idées pour améliorer et renforcer loffre de services à la clientèle du centre et mettre en œuvre des solutions créatives pour enrichir le menu de services
Qualifications requises :
Diplôme détudes secondaires ou équivalent
Expérience préalable en gestion de transactions et en utilisation de systèmes de point de vente (PDV) avec capacité à traiter les transactions avec précision
Solides aptitudes de communication écrite et orale bilingues (français/anglais) pour interagir efficacement avec une clientèle diversifiée et les parties prenantes
Attitude positive démontrée avec un fort engagement à fournir un excellent service client lors de chaque interaction
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide tout en gérant plusieurs tâches simultanément et en maintenant un haut niveau de professionnalisme
Compétences en résolution et en gestion de conflits pour gérer des situations délicates de manière diplomatique
Disponibilité flexible pour travailler les week-ends les soirs les jours fériés et pendant toutes les heures douverture du centre commercial
Qualifications préférées :
Expérience préalable en service à la clientèle dans des environnements de vente au détail ou dhôtellerie
Capacités de communication multilingues au-delà du français et de langlais
Maîtrise des outils informatiques incluant Excel Chrome et autres applications bureautiques standards
Familiarité avec les opérations de centres commerciaux les activités promotionnelles et les environnements de vente au détail
Connaissance des protocoles de gestion de crise et des procédures dintervention durgence
Style interpersonnel aimable accessible proactif et axé sur les solutions
Expérience dans la motivation et lautonomisation des membres déquipe pour offrir des expériences client mémorables

Guest Services Representative JLL
What this job involves:
As a Guest Services Representative at JLL you will be the face of exceptional customer service at our shopping centre. This role is pivotal in creating memorable experiences for shoppers and retailers alike while supporting the centres operational excellence. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource for all centre services amenities and promotional activities ensuring every interaction reflects JLLs commitment to outstanding service delivery. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of a dynamic retail environment.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the shopping centres services amenities facilities store locations promotional activities and customer comfort tools to provide accurate information and guidance
Proactively engage with customers to create memorable interactions deliver excellent service and identify opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
Sell shopping centre gift cards process transactions accurately and reconcile sales at the end of each shift
Assist guests by providing directions answering questions and offering personalized store or gift suggestions based on their needs and current merchandise sales or special events
Support promotional events through ballot distribution collection sorting gift-with-purchase programs and special event ticket sales
Interact professionally with shoppers retailers centre management service providers and all shopping centre personnel in a courteous and efficient manner
Continuously seek new ideas to improve and strengthen the centres customer service offerings and implement creative solutions to enhance the service menu
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent education
Previous cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience with ability to accurately process transactions
Strong bilingual (French/English) written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers and stakeholders
Demonstrated positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service in every interaction
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking and maintaining a high level of professionalism
Conflict resolution and management skills to handle challenging situations diplomatically
Flexible availability to work weekends evenings holidays and all shopping centre operating hours
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience in retail or hospitality environments
Multilingual communication abilities beyond French and English
Computer proficiency with Excel Chrome and other standard office applications
Familiarity with shopping centre operations promotional activities and retail environments
Knowledge of crisis management protocols and emergency response procedures
Friendly approachable proactive and solution-focused interpersonal style
Experience empowering and motivating team members to deliver memorable customer experiences
