Job Description & Summary:A career withPwC in Zoho practice for managing andleadingendtoenddelivery of Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM projects ensuring successful implementations strong client engagement andhighqualityoutcomes.
Responsibilities:
Leadendtoenddelivery of Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM projects ensuringontimehighqualityimplementation aligned with client expectations and organizational standards.
Own the project governance framework including planning scope definition effort estimation risk management and stakeholder communication.
Drive solution architecture for complex Creator and CRM implementations ensuring scalability performance andbestpracticeapplication design.
Oversee and guide teams in Creator application development CRM customization workflows automation Deluge scripting and integrations.
Serve as the primary clientpoint of contact forconducting requirement workshops defining roadmaps setting delivery expectations and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
Collaborate withcrossfunctionalteams (developers consultants QA support analytics) to ensure seamless delivery across the Zoho ecosystem.
Ensure effectivedesigndocumentation architecture diagrams data models and deployment plans for Creator and CRM solutions.
Govern the integration strategy involving Zoho Creator Zoho CRM and external systems using APIs webhooks and middleware tools.
Establish and trackdeliveryKPIslikevelocity quality metrics resourceutilization and adherence to timelines.
Provide technical leadership by reviewing designs scripts workflows and integrations produced by the team.
Implement and promote Agile delivery practices sprint planning and continuous improvement within project teams.
Identifydelivery risks early and drive mitigation plans tomaintainproject stability and client trust.
Enable team capability building through mentoring knowledge-sharing and reviewing performance of consultants and developers.
Work withinternalteams for scoping solutioning proposal preparation and effort estimation for new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security data governance and access control policies across all Creator and CRM implementations.
Maintainuptodateknowledge of Zoho platform advancements and recommend suitable product features or enhancements to clients.
Zoho certifications (Creator CRM Analytics) are a strong advantage.
